Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If your request is approved, we will review the next steps for a replacement or store credit, where applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect item selection
  • items that have been worn, altered, brushed, cut, washed, or customized
  • orders with incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

REFUNDS

Refunds are not issued for delivered orders unless approved due to an error on our end.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
